Our dresses all custom-made,we can make the dress according the customer's requirements. I need to say that we can't make the dress as same as the pictures, but our team try best to make the dress looks like the picture. If you want to the dress in high requirements, I am sorry for it.

I give our return policy to you for reference at below.




We realize that it is difficult to purchase a dress over the Internet, and we really want you to be happy with your purchase. So please read the return policy

 

Cancellation Policy

-Unpaid order will not be processed. If you do not need it, please simply ignore it.

-Order cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.( But we need to subtract the 7% PayPal fee + Website transaction fee )

-Cancellation within 24 to 72 hours after the order is paid: you will get a partial refund consisting of 50% of the item price and the full shipping cost.

-Cancellation within 72 to 120 hours after the order is paid: you will get a partial refund consisting of 30% of the item price and the full shipping cost.

-Cancellation beyond 120 hours after the order is paid: you will get a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost.

-Once your order has been shipped,it can no longer be cancelled.

Sizing or Fitting Issues

Our dress size is true to our size chart.So please double check our size chart and make sure the size fit. We also offer custom size, not extra cost.

As all of our dresses are hand-sewn and made to order, the finished gown may vary by approximately one inch in either direction of the specified measurements. We would check the size and measurements before we ship them. Therefore, the mistake on size and measurements are very rare.

Exchange

1. Contact us within 7 days after you receive the items. 

2.We will send new dress once we received the item you returned.

3.You need to pay the return shipping fee and the shipping fee of new dress.



Return Policy:

1. Because each dress is hand-made, there will be at most a little difference between the product picture and the product you receive. If you request 100% same as the picture, please don't make payment. I am sorry for it.

2. We will accept returns if dresses have quality problems, wrong delivery time, we also hold the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as wrong size you gave us, or you do no not love it after you received it and some other reasons for it. We refuse return the items without any quality problems

3. If you find the Dress is in wrong color or measurements, please send us clear pictures within 3 working days since you receive the dress. You can return and refund after our confirmation.

4. If there is obvious quality problem with the dress, such as large dirt, broken or defects surface, please send us clear pictures within 2 working days since you receive the dress. We can solve this thing together.

5. Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, we cannot guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photos you see. And the same color but different fabric must has chromatic aberration, so if you asked us to return money back just because chromatic aberration, we will not accept.

6. If you return it, Please carefully follow our guide: 

1). You must contact us within 2 days (48 hours) from the reception of your dress(es). Please state the problem of the received goods and the reason for the return. Provide us with photos of the dress, to show evidence of damage or bad quality, this also applies for the size, or incorrect style and color etc. 

2). Item must be returned in 7 days upon delivery date.Item(s) must be returned in its original condition with no signs of wear, tear, or odors. you can try the dress on, but be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks, otherwise we will refuse the return. We only accept products in their original condition, and we cannot process any products that are returned without our approval. Any returns without our approval can not get any refunds or exchanges.

3). Return shipping charges will be the buyer’s responsibility. It is buyer’s responsibility to pay for the shipping fee of sending back and exchange.

4). The shipping method that we used for u then when u ship it back you must use the same one. If we ship the dress to you by DHL/UPS then you need to use this one too.

 5)Please fold the dress inside out. The tracking number of the returned item must be provided together with the reference code issued. 

Customers need to know :

All of the dresses don't come "on the shelf"(Our Dresses are all custom-made). We strongly recommend you to select "Custom Made" to ensure the dress will fit you when it arrives.

The custom-size dresses don't accept return.
